You could, but it doesn't strike me as practical. Try saving by abolishing your electric dryer and hang your clothing to dry. That will really reduce your electrical bill quite a bit. Also switch off your TV all the way (unplug) and the computer at night. Or you can throw the kids and clothes in the washer! I hope this isn't a serious question and if so, do it in the bathtub and get a nice washboard.

Put babbies in the washing machine, duh! They come out cleaner.

I guess you could but.... couldn't you just wait until they are out of the bathtub and use the bathwater?
